3-Day Bootcamp Schedule
This course is designed to deepen students and teachers understanding of yoga poses and their practice.
Each day we focus on a theme of poses, with these three distinct sections:
– A 2hr long yoga class on the theme of the day to ignite your yoga fire
– A 1.5hr discussion on sequencing and how to design a class or practice for that theme. Students looking to deepen their understanding of yoga poses and their practices will find the necessary tools to create their personalized yoga practice, and yoga teachers will find an invaluable resource to design creative sequences for their classes
– A 3hr alignment and adjustments clinic with Moises focused on the theme of the day as well. This sessions will help the practitioner learn how to better move their bodies into, during and out of yoga poses and will give the teachers tools to help their students feel the benefits of each yoga poses more deeply.

Thursday, May 9th, 6:00pm-8:00pm
Get ready to purge, cleanse body and mind from unnecessary junk stored and come out rejuvenated and renovated. Twists are a great tool to help us do so and they’re also in- credibly versatile, with an enormous amount of possibilities and applications. Whether it’s sitting, standing, doing an arm balance or going upside down, when we throw a spinal twist into the mix, it makes things a lot more interesting. Come prepared to work hard, have a great time and leave feeling years younger. Some euphoria might arise as a side effect, beware!

Dare to Fly
Whether you’re intimidated of going upside down or you can dive into those without much trouble, this class will help you take one step further (or more!). Arm balances and inversions share a lot of common principles, body activation, upper body alignment, core/low back engagement… Improve your endurance, balance, learn better alignment, efficiently use your resources and let’s work on the ones that don’t come that easy. Open your mind to a sweaty and fun class and get ready to conquer these asanas, one try at a time! Lots of wall work guaranteed as well as time on your arms (some breaks too!) so, if you have shoulder/elbow/wrist issues, please inform us and be ready to modify according to your needs. Let’s go!

Potions for Deeper Hip Rotations
Any ‘leg behind the head’ pose IS achievable if we work that external hip rotation consistently. Come ready to leave old preconceptions and beliefs behind of ‘no it’s not possible’ or ‘my hips are tight’, and enter a new world where your hips can open like a flower in blossom. This class will set a good foundation so you can take the practice/ tips/ideas home with you and digest them more, deconstruct and explore other alter- natives. Hip openers are thrilling, lively and full of possibilities. Often, we put so much pressure on ourselves, that our hips lock up like a treasure chest. Let’s find the key, explore some together and leave inspired for more!

Reach For The Stars… Or Those Back Toes
The Eka Pada Rajakapotasana family (aka, holding my big toe over my head) is varied, colorful, fun but, often times, unaccessible depending on our shoulder range, back flexibility or thigh openness. In this class we’ll work on a number of variations, poses, exercises with or without props, to help us feel the adequate opening without much fuss. Holding those back toes (or further) is a perfectly doable goal if we practice consistently and mindfully. Let’s reach for the stars and back and find some nice surprises along the way. Come with an open mind, ready for some realignment and a desire to see what happens…
